My overall experience was AMAZING!!!! I have an entire bin full of hair styling products, NONE of them do anything but break my hair. Kosa on the other hand straighten my hair so easily, my hair is straight, shiney has body and was done so quickly!!! I love ❤️ it Finally a styler that actually works now I can do my own hair.
